Welcome to our Services section. Here, we offer a range of services to support our community. Our Community Integration Services (CIS)-Supportive Housing Services are designed to provide Medicaid reimbursable supportive services to eligible QI members. These services, when combined with affordable housing, offer a cost-effective solution to engage members experiencing homelessness, reduce homelessness, and increase housing stability.

Our Service 1 is focused on providing comprehensive case management to individuals in need. We work closely with our clients to assess their needs, develop personalized plans, and connect them with the necessary resources and support systems. By addressing the unique challenges faced by each individual, we aim to improve their overall well-being and help them achieve their goals.

Personal grooming---also referred to as personal hygiene---is the act of taking care of your body through proper cleanliness and self-care. Personal grooming not only affects the way others see you, but also has an impact on how you feel about yourself. When you look and feel you’re best you are able to present yourself confidently with others. Personal Grooming Essentials To put your best foot forward, follow these basics of personal hygiene to increase your self-esteem and give you more success in your interactions with others. • Shower or bathe frequently daily. Use body soap to cleanse the all-over surface of your skin. • Wear clothing that is clean, in good repair and wrinkle-free. Avoid clothing that shows excessive cleavage or that is too tight. Avoid wearing clothing with offensive images or wording. • Limit your use of perfume or fragrance so as not to overpower those around you. Do not attempt to use fragrances to cover body odor caused by lack of hygiene. • Nails – clip your nails regularly and keep them clean. Brittle nails may be a sign of body deficiencies. • Remember that excessive body jewelry, piercings and ear plugs can have a negative effect in how you are perceived by others. • Brush and floss your teeth three times a day and use mouthwash for extra freshening. Have your teeth cleaned professionally once every six months,If you smoke, use mouth fresheners or chew gum after your cigarette. • Attire – always try to choose the appropriate attire to match the occasion. Ensure that clothes are clean, well-pressed, neat and presentable – what you are wearing and how you wear it inevitably says a lot about you as a person. As a general guide, it is always better to be overdressed than underdressed. For example, if you arrive at a party and find that a suit and tie is not required, you can always take it off. It is much better than going in shorts or jeans and then realizing everyone else are in their tuxedos. The same, for example, could apply for ladies who can remove their coats and accessories as a “dress-down”technique. • Makeup – choose appropriate makeup for the right occasion (e.g. less bright lip colors are usually more suitable for office environments). • Hair colour – hair dyes should not be too dark or light from your natural hair color. Extreme colors should be avoided in most occasions (e.g. work environment) unless of course your job specifically calls for it (actors, fashion designers, artists and models are exempted!) What Is Personality Development • Personality Development fundamentally means grooming and enhancing ones inner and outer personal to bring in the positive change for your life. Each and every individual features a distinct persona that could be polished, refined and developed. This technique includes improving communication, language speaking abilities and boosting ones confidence, developing certain hobbies, extending ones scope of understanding or skills, manners and studying fine etiquette, including grace and style for the way one appears, walks and talks and total imbibing oneself together with liveliness, positivity and peace. Personality development will be improvement in every sphere of a person's life, whether it is with friends, office or in some other environment.
